Birth Doula Services
I am honored to be considered as part of your birth team!
Every family’s path to parenthood is unique — your care should reflect that. My services are designed to meet you where you are,
offering continuous support, education, and encouragement every step of the way.
Prenatal
Two prenatal visits, around 36 weeks and 38 weeks of pregnancy. We will explore your birth preferences, talk through your desires, fears, and questions, and build confidence together.
Education on the stages of labor, labor positions, comfort measures, coping techniques, and what to expect throughout your birth.
Together we will create a birth plan as well as a postpartum plan that reflects your values and choices.
Unlimited text and call support throughout pregnancy — I’m here for reassurance, resources, and encouragement whenever you need it.
If desired, I will attend your 36 week prenatal appointment to meet your care provider.
This is where we get to know each other deeply, so when birth comes, you feel grounded, supported, and truly held.
Labor & Delivery
24/7 on-call availability starting from 38 weeks through your birth.
Continuous in-person support in all birthing places including your home, hospital, and birth center. From the moment you need me in labor through birth — I stay with you, however long your journey takes.
Emotional support that brings calm, confidence, and steadiness to your birthing space.
Physical comfort techniques such as counterpressure, massage, movement guidance, breathing support, and positioning.
Gentle support for your partner, helping them feel confident and connected to the experience too.
Advocacy support — helping you understand your options in real time so your voice is heard and honored.
You are never alone — I’m there to help your birth feel bold, beautiful, and empowered.
Postpartum
Two postpartum visits, around 3 days and 3 weeks after your birth. We will reflect on your birth story, check in emotionally, and support your early recovery.
Guidance with basic newborn care, soothing, and feeding (breast/chest/bottle — all welcome).
Space to process your birth and integrate your experience with care, compassion, and calmness.
Continued text and call support for questions, reassurance, and resources as you adjust to life with baby until you are 6 weeks postpartum.
The transition into parenthood is sacred — you deserve to feel held and supported through it.

If you’re curious what doula support could look like for you, we begin with a free, non-obligatory meeting so we can get to know each other, talk through your hopes for birth, and see if we’re the right fit.
I would love to hear from you!
